The desires grow with you away.
Here I sit and lonely stay.
Your eyes linger in my mind:
So gentle, loving, kind. View full article »

The face you once wore I have not seen in a time too long for measure.
The eyes that looked on me with affection and desire are empty and sad. View full article »

Hate exists as one of the more
Beauteous
Personifications of humanity
In pure essence.

Love is interdependent
Upon the hate
Which lies at the core
Of all human kind.

Passion therefore must
Rely upon the
Unwarranted mixtures of
Hate and Love.

Fear evolves from
The misunderstandings of
The world into
The unrelenting force of Hate.

Lust becomes the
Passion of Love when
Fear feeds the conscience
Of a human mind.

Love exists to tame the Fears
Lust abides for control of Passions
Hate remains to maintain Love
Fear sustains our Lust
Fermented Passion becomes our Hate.

Insight:

I have a passion for analyzing the psychology of the human mind and lifestyle. I love to go into deep thought on various aspects of what makes us who we are and why we choose to be how or who we have become. Human emotion is one of the greatest and most unique aspects of our existence. This poem is one meagre attempt at analyzing the primal emotional forces of the human mind.

Confusion racks his soul
Does she love him? Does he love her?
They speak the words
Yet are doomed:
eternally apart.

She never calls him
He can’t Ring her… Driven to
growling!
He takes it out on others
Or just
quietly holds it all in.

“Love! Do you not miss me?
For I miss you when we are apart.
Without you my heart
Is
dead and empty.”

“We were meant to be…
Yet so many things are keeping us separate!”
Depression and solitude
Oozes out his ears.

I Hate you!
NO… I
Love you… Or do I?
Confusion racks my soul
and the
phone never rings…

Insight:

Written only moments after Fundamental Solitude, this poem continued my train of thought, yet in a slightly different bent. I was really starting to get obsessively impatient in this poem…
